Peach Cobbler Recipe

his is a recipe that our family enjoys and is really handy for when
 you want to bake something but are running short on milk or eggs.
 This recipe can be used with many other fruits as well.




Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
1 large jar peaches
4oz (125gr) butter
1¼ cup flour
¾ cup water
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

* If using fresh peaches use 2 cups of fresh peaches and 
use only ¾ cup of sugar.


Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C. Melt butter in 20.5cmx20.5cm 
baking pan while oven is preheating.
Meanwhile add the rest of the ingredients, aside from the peaches,
to a bowl and mix. Mixture should resemble pancake batter 
and you can add extra water if needed.
Add the batter to the pan after butter is melted. 
Add the drained peaches on top of the batter.
Do not stir. Bake at for 1 hour. 
Serve with homemade whipped cream or ice cream!!
